Hello LFN, You were right Bruce is brilliant.

Apparently, during the storm last Sunday our phone line was struck by lightning and burnt out our live box and part of our computer.  I pulled out every plug at the start of the storm but not the essential link to the computer - I'm stupid! 

He fixed the computer, disconnected the live box, gave us another modem and everything works superbly. 

All this accomplished, and none of it would have been possible without your newsletter. Keep up the good work.  Best wishes, Audrey Clark
